Philip is a highly distinguished, award-winning Senior Colourist with a sharp eye for detail, creative flair, a fervent love of photographic imagery and the technical prowess to match. Available globally, through The Mill’s London studio, Philip has established himself as one of the industry’s prominent global artists and has assembled a stunning portfolio of work for brands such as Adidas, Glenmorangie, Delta Airlines, Samsung, BMW, Burger King, NASCAR and Under Armour.
Philip’s work has regularly been recognised for its excellence, with multiple nominations at the British Arrows, Ciclope, D&AD, Filmlight Awards and The Kinsale Shark Awards. Philip was awarded a Silver Arrow in 2024 for his work on The Sacred Egg’s Burger King commercial and in 2019 for Billy Boyd-Cape’s Pride ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’. In 2021, Philip received a highly sought-after D&AD Pencil for his stunning grade on Miles Aldridges’ Glenmorangie ‘It’s Kind of Delicious & Wonderful’ film.
Philip has lent his touch to the works of some of the industry’s most celebrated Directors: Floria Sigismondi, Mathijs Van Heijningen, Paul W. S. Anderson, The Sacred Egg, Mark Jenkinson and Miles Aldridge; and Cinematographers Darius Khondji, Fabian Wagner and Monika Lenczewska.
His first foray into the world of long form, with longstanding collaborator Tom Day, became the 6th watched film in the UK on Netflix for their feature documentary ‘The Battle Of The Baddest’.
